This is an oversupply build, as such, it is held under warranty against defects that inhibit function, but does not fall subject to our No Compromise Guarantee and is not guaranteed to be free from aesthetic blemishes. This receiver came from a group of receivers that were damaged in transit. It has minor dings but nothing that inhibits function and the cerakote has been applied since it arrived in the shop, so the cerakote is non blemished.
**This is a 14.5″ barrel, since it is less than 16″, it is not classified as a rifle length upper, meaning it needs to go onto a lower that is a pistol or SBR. If you purchase this Upper, you take responsibility and hold Mountain Man Defense not liable for you not following these laws, no matter how dumb they are. If you add the pin and weld option for this muzzle device or another, we can get the barrel to be considered over 16″ and then it will legally be a normal Rifle Upper Receiver.
